Open frame SD GP GPX

A bracket to allow testing and operation of Minelab SD, GP and GPX series metal detectors, without the case fitted. Will NOT fit a GPX6000 or GPZ7000

Allows easy access to the circuit board or boards for testing, adjustment and modification. Uses eight of the original case screws.

Without the metal case, there is an increase in external electro-magnetic interference.

Model made with Blender, based on the original Minelab metal case.

Probably best in PETG or something durable and slightly flexible. You will need to print two. Printed vertically it needs no support, and also makes a useful test of wall precision.
