I replicated the design of this piece in Illustrator and brought it all together in OrcaSlicer. It's designed to be printed in two parts (for painting) with a cutout to help align the inserts. The inserts are not very deep so they are dimensional. Increase the thickness of the cutout if you would like the inserts to be more flush.
I printed with the face down for a glossy front, but it can be rotated to print with the bottom surface down if necessary. No supports necessary either way. The part is already enlarged, so it is not necessary to adjust the scaling if your wreath was printed at 200% scale. 5 walls and 15% lightning infill.
The author remixed this model.
The stud from the original model was used for the bottom of this piece
