Universal Multimeter Tweezers for Test Leads

These "tweezers" hold multimeter test leads to make one-handed measurements easier.

One-handed measurements are more convenient (so you can hold the meter with your other hand) and generally safer because there's no current path through your chest and heart.

.STL and .3MF files are provided to fit leads from 9mm to 15mm diameter as well as the Fusion 360 .F3D and STEP files. 

Buck2825's Open Source/Public Domain [Multi-Meter Tweezers For Fluke TP175 test leads](https://www.printables.com/model/1294470-multi-meter-tweezers-for-fluke-tp175-test-leads) were what I was looking for, but I needed to fit several different size test leads.  I made this version more flexible and provide models to fit multiple sizes as well as the original Fusion model for future work.
