Snap-On Cable Clamp (Parametric)

This custom-designed cable clamp simplifies the installation process significantly. Unlike conventional models, this clamp snaps securely onto the cable before mounting, allowing for simple one-handed positioning and attachment to the wall or surface.

The design is optimized for a secure, tight hold, making your cable management clean and reliable.

Parametric Customization

The model is fully parametric (source file included). You can easily adjust the following two key variables within Fusion 360:

• Cable Diameter: Adjusts the interior size for a perfect fit around your specific cable.

• Nail Diameter: Adjusts the hole size to accommodate your chosen nail.

Print Instructions

• Material: Printed in PETG for a good balance of strength and flexibility, essential for the "snap-on" feature.

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm.

• Perimeters: Start with 5 perimeters for a solid part, or adjust the perimeter count based on your chosen filament and desired rigidity/flexibility.

• Supports: Not needed.
