Remix of Stew's mod to accomodate the conch Hotend for the Qidi plus 4

This is a remix of stew675's Aligned Front and Rear Tool Header Carrier Plates for Qidi Plus 4 that you can find here : 
Note : stew blocked the remix for this creation in particular so I can't put mine as a remix. And yes I did ask stew before posting it and he gave me his approval. 

This remix was made so that stew mod could accommodate the new Phaetus conch hotend for the plus 4. The new hotend have a different fin positioning so the mod needed some modifications. I also noted that the fan duct was colliding with the new hotend due to the new hotend sock being too big. 

At the end I edited both parts so that the conch fits perfectly inside. Also let me know if people wants a part to go between to hotend and the carriage for more stability.

WARNING : 

the new heatsink fan holder isn't compatible with the stock hotend. It is fully customized for the conch and nothing else.
