Complete instructions are in the zip file. This is a five-piece weathervane that can be printed in most any printer. You will also need a length of 1/4" shaft, 303 stainless steel preferred, a 1/4" or slightly smaller ball bearing and two US nickels used for balance weights.
Caveat- This is the first thing I've ever designed for 3D printing. It may have errors and is not guaranteed to be suitable for any purpose. FreeCAD 1.0 files are included if you want to alter the design.
