I've built in two string holes to allow the ornament to be hung so that the snowflake pattern is either at the top or the front. Regardless of how you hang it, you'll need to print it so the snowflake pattern faces up. One snowflake has been slightly flattened to help with bed adhesion.

Yes, this needs supports. There are a lot of overhangs. I used organic supports with an overhang angle of 30 degrees.

I printed most of the ornament with just one perimeter and top/bottom thickness set to 3 and no infill. The top and bottom have 2 perimeters, increased top/bottom thickness, and infill (varying types and densities). I also used a shape modifier to increased perimeters to 2 for the hole in the middle of the ornament that allows you to hang the ornament so the snowflake is in front.

With my settings, the finished ornament weighs just over 25g.

I've provided my PrusaSlicer project file and GCODE for a Prusa MK3S+ printer.
