Print with 25% or more infill to ensure that there is infill in the 'arms'.

In testing, depending on print direction, I had issues with the thinner arms.
I added a second model with reinforcements around that section.

Best stability results are still achieved if the layer lines are moving 'from top to bottom' through the arms. I.e. if you print that part in the orientation that is in the files.

You can print it faster lying flat, but stability of the arms will depend on the type of filament used, layer adhesion, and applied stresses.

I recommend printing the part with layer lines perpendicular to the baseplate through the arms, but if you go the parallel route, I recommend the reinforced design.
