Assistive cable attachment

This design was created specifically to improve gym machinery accessibility for shorter people. It allows them to pull down the cable and metal clip, placing it in the holder while removing and replacing the attachment heads for different exercises. 

Otherwise, shorter people have a hard time reaching this part of the machine. A benefit of this design is that anyone can use it to improve their gym experience.

Our fusion design is specifically tailored to the Matrix Aura 4 - Stack Multi-Station, but you can the design to whatever model you may use. We used zipties to hold it on, and it was able to withhold 80 pounds of weight safely. We used 25% infill in both our PETG and PLA prints, so feel free to use whichever filament you have access to. Supports were needed everywhere. Layer lines worked successfully for both vertically on the PLA and horizontal on the PETG.
