Accessories for TKT Heavy-Duty Shelving Units

This set provides accessories designed for the popular TKT heavy-duty shelves (commonly available in Germany at hardware stores like TOOM).

I have simplified my earlier set and heavily reworked the clips. They are now designed to print and function perfectly even with very stiff materials like PET-CF.

The set includes:

• Single Foot (TPU)

• Double Foot (TPU)

• Bending Jig for support beams (60°) (PETG)

• Connection Clips to join two shelving units together (PET-CF/PETG)

• Cover Cap to bridge the gap between connected units (PLA/PETG)

Printing Recommendations: Use a "Strong" profile with high infill. A 0.2mm layer height is recommended.

Usage Tip: When using the bending jig, place it on the floor, position the support beam on top, and step on it to apply pressure. Alternatively, you can use clamps to press the beam onto the jig.

About the Workbench Build (See Photos): The photos depict a workbench I built by combining two TKT heavy-duty shelves with this 3D printed toolset, a rubber-cork mat, and Aluminum L-profiles.

The work surface is a "sandwich" construction: a wooden shelf board, a rubber mat, and two additional painted wooden boards laid perpendicular to the base layer. I used three support beams per side to make the top extremely sturdy. This setup supports and mechanically decouples my Bambu Lab H2C from the bottom of the shelf.
