This is a working fidget spinner designed from scratch in Fusion 360. The model uses a combination of sketching tools and motion features to create a clean, functional spinner that can be 3D printed or customized.
Tools used in the design:
Sketch for the base profile
Extrude to build solid bodies
Mirror for symmetric geometry
Circular Pattern to evenly duplicate the arms
Offset Planes for clean reference construction
Components for each body part
Joints to simulate real spinning motion
You can print it as a toy, use it for hands-on STEM activities, or remix it into your own creative spinner shape.
Layer height: 0.16–0.20 mm
Infill: 20–30% for strength
Supports: Not required
Material: PLA or PETG
Bearing size: 608 (standard skate bearing) recommended
