Description

This is a working fidget spinner designed from scratch in Fusion 360. The model uses a combination of sketching tools and motion features to create a clean, functional spinner that can be 3D printed or customized.

Tools used in the design:

  • Sketch for the base profile

  • Extrude to build solid bodies

  • Mirror for symmetric geometry

  • Circular Pattern to evenly duplicate the arms

  • Offset Planes for clean reference construction

  • Components for each body part

  • Joints to simulate real spinning motion

You can print it as a toy, use it for hands-on STEM activities, or remix it into your own creative spinner shape.

Suggested Print Settings:

  • Layer height: 0.16–0.20 mm

  • Infill: 20–30% for strength

  • Supports: Not required

  • Material: PLA or PETG

  • Bearing size: 608 (standard skate bearing) recommended
