I wanted to keep the EMT protruding from the RepRack bracket to a minimum, but still be secured. The existing options out there are quite bulky for my tastes, and they used fasteners I didn't have on hand. So I whipped this up real quick in Tinkercad -- a simple expansion plug idea using the same size 6 drywall screws I already had on hand from mounting my RepRack hangers.
When tightened, the expansion sleeve expands against the inner wall of the conduit and locks in place. It doesn't even need to be cranked down. Just snugging up the screws leaves the plugs VERY secure in the conduit. Loosen the screw slightly, and it'll slide right out.
Do yourself a favor and pre-assemble these such that the screw ALMOST starts to tighten up. You want the fingers of the Face and End Cone to be engaged into the slots of the Expansion Sleeve before you insert it into the conduit.
I made mine out of PETG, but PLA, ABS, ASA, or just about any other non-flexible filament will work just fine too.
