Losi Promoto head repair insert ball

This is a repair part for a Losi Promoto rider figure. The helmet can tear off from repeated flips, but leaves a sturdy glued bung in the torso. This ball with stem is printed from TPU or other flexible material. It inserts into the hollow helmet, and then into the bung in the rider's torso.

There are 2 versions uploaded here. The version "Promoto Head peg Final, 45mm" is ready to print, with plenty of adhesion to the bed. It will feel loose in the helmet, but once fully installed gives just enough friction to be steady, but enough motion to reposition the head and allow flex on impact.

The second 48mm version needs to be oriented and sunk into the print bed for adhesion. I added this as an option for creativity and making one's own head. As an example, I used CA glue and fabric holiday decorations to make a Santa head for the holidays, or Headless Horseman pumpkin head. The possibilities are endless!!

Print at 2-3 walls, with 8-10% Gyroid infill. Slow speed for best layer adhesion, and use modifiers to add more walls to the stem area if needed.
