The switch module is a HI-COM HK-S5GER. I bought it from this link: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256809708277447.html

For power, there is a small USB-C PD module. These are very generic and don't seem to have a model number or similar. I got mine from this link: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256809777258469.html

If either of those links go down, I have included pictures from the Ali Express listings so you can visually search for similar.

I removed the screw terminals from the USB-C module and the DC jack from the switch PCB and soldered the two directly.

Pay close attention to the DIP switch/jumpers on the USB-C module; you don't want to negotiate 20v for a switch that only needs 5v!

Please ignore the mix of red/black... this is a "hidden away" part and I had two spools that - together - gave me enough grams to print.

I did this quickly with .6mm and PETG and the the parts do fit well enough; .4mm and slower will probably yield better results.

The USB module is supported by a small sled/insert. The parts to friction fit but I decided to add a bit of hot-glue to secure things.

I have included basic STEP files for the PD module and the switch PCB as well should you wish to roll your own for non commercial use.
