Traits

Haunted Interior.
When a creature enters the wagon, it must succeed on a DC 14 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. While frightened, the creature sees ghostly figures and hears whispers from the past.

Cursed Hitch.
Any beast or undead creature hitched to the wagon gains temporary HP equal to half its maximum HP and becomes immune to fear effects while hitched.

Gothic Aura.
Within 20 feet of the wagon, all Wisdom (Perception) checks made to detect hidden creatures are made with disadvantage due to the oppressive atmosphere and flickering lantern light.

Actions

Lantern Pulse (Recharge 5–6).
The wagon emits a burst of necrotic light from its hanging lanterns. All creatures within 15 feet must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or take 3d8 necrotic damage and be blinded until the end of their next turn.

Wheel Crush.
If the wagon is moving and collides with a creature, the target must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 2d10 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone.
