A more easily printable version of this toolhead that can be easily printed
Tested on an 8 year old i3 mega
BOM:
8x 4x2mm magnets (or 4x4mm)
Stock 5020 fan with front cover removed. Just wiggle it in.
Printing:
0.4mm nozzle
0.15 layer height
0.45 line width
10% infill
PA, PET, ABS, ASA, etc anything that can handle some temp
Supports: No, Tested
Brim: recommended, I used a 2mm brim with .2mm brim-object gap
Print straight up as provided.
You need good plate adhesion for the bottom of the ducts to not fall over. I'd recommend checking the print around half an hour in to make sure it is working.

I did, here it is!
Layer lines must be horizontal to the clips, or else the clips will snap off. Do not trust auto-orient
– trust me.
Break off the bottom tabs near the back of the model, and in the upper window (Rounded triangle shape). The strip was just added for support if you want.
