PG48 threaded blind stuffing to close unused PG48-openings in housings.

  a) threaded hole:                    57.8mm / PG thread
  b) drill hole without thread:  59.3mm

  An optional TPU-sealing model file is available.

Serial printing (part by part) for better thread quality.

Assembly
Place blind stuffing in PG48 opening and secure with PG48 nut.
Optionally place sealing on stuffing before assembly.
Use a 1€ coin for turning of the blind stuffing.

Hint: 
Apply some silicone grease on the thread, so it can be easily be assembled and disassembled.
(Without grease, the thread tends to wind on and off somewhat “sticky”.)
