This is a replacement "parking clip" (tube holder) for Nilfisk Elite vacuum cleaners. The original part is known to be fragile and often breaks after prolonged use.

Instead of buying an expensive replacement part (original part number: 128350157, approx. €10), you can print this robust replacement yourself. It clips onto the telescopic tube, allowing you to "park" the nozzle on the back of the vacuum cleaner for easy storage.

Compatibility:

• Nilfisk Elite Series (Classic, Comfort, BMSU14P10A1, CHCO14P10A1, etc.)

• Fits the standard Nilfisk telescopic tube.

⚙ Print Settings (Important!)

To ensure the clip is strong enough and doesn't snap when attaching it to the tube, please follow these settings:

• Material: PETG, ASA, or ABS is highly recommended. (PLA might work but is brittle and can deform over time).

• Orientation: Rotate the model 90 degrees so it lays flat on its side on the print bed.

  • Why? Printing it flat ensures the layer lines follow the curve of the clip, making it much stronger and flexible. If you print it standing up, the tabs will break off easily.

• Perimeters/Walls: 3 or 4 walls for extra strength.

• Infill: 20% to 100%.

• Supports: Minimal supports may be needed for the small sticking-out pin, depending on your printer's bridging capabilities.

Installation: Simply snap the clip onto the metal tube at the desired height.
