Humidity sensor mount with double-sided tape

Double-sided tape mounted humidity and temperature sensor mount with easy access to the battery compartment.

Parts required:
1 x Humidity Sensor (Mini LCD Indoor Temperature Humidity sensor from Ali-express)
h:30mm, w:48mm, d:16mm
1 x Humidity Sensor Dock
1 x Humidity Sensor Cover
Double-sided tape, 15mm wide, 0.8mm height

Recommended print settings:

• Material: PETG

  • My PLA test prints did not slide on as smooth as the PETG but this might depend on filament brand

• Fill density: 10%

• Layer height: 0.15mm

  • The parts are designed to work with no supports at 0.15mm but other layer heights might work as well

• Print without supports using the orientation in the STLs

Assembly instructions:

• 2 pieces of double-sided tape on both bottom sides of the "Humidity Sensor Dock". I recommend applying the tape straight on the model and then using a scissor or cutter to cut the excess. The precise measurement of the required tape is 16.25mm.
  

• Fix the "Humidity Sensor Dock" to a surface, make sure that there is some space above it to have access to the Humidity Sensor and "Humidity Sensor Cover"

• Push the sensor into the "Humidity Sensor Cover" and slide it into the sensor dock.
