Skadis Nextruder Nine Nozzle Holder

Nextruder Nozzle Holder for 6 nozzle in boxes, and 3 without boxes.

Version 2 - expands the case holders from 13.1 mm to 13.3 mm to fit the cases better.

With either version, supports for the skadis hooks will be needed.

Enlarged the holder to be able to hold more nozzles, but also made the unit deeper to hold the nozzles more securely.
