This is a design for hepa and activated charcoal filter box to get Prusa Core One DIY chamber filtration. I bought a activated charcoal filter block made for Bambu printers and used the pellets from them (the box in this design will hold almost 80% of the box you get for Bambu. Paired with a hepa filter for small vacuum cleaners, this gives a good chamber filtration. I found that just the two push fans are not powerful enough. I had few dell server fans, which were 12V, so I hooked up a buck converter to reduce it to 6V (they were screaming at 12V) and shared the PWM line across two fans. The tach line is from one of the fans. Bought a CLICKMATE 4pin pre crimped cable (the image shows my home made cable) connected to fan3 headers.
Print the charcoal box in a different color for a nicer look (but that goes inside!. The outer box is designed with an in place modifier which can be used to get different mesh by changing the infill pattern.
Its designed to work with a 10mm M3 screw, but a longer one's do work as there is ample space in back.
Once installed use Settings -> Chamber Filtration to set to Adv. filtration, and enable it for all types of filaments.
Parts:
8x M3x10 button head screws
4x square nuts
60mm 4 wire axial fans
