🧩 Model Contents

The model is split into multiple parts for clean printing and proper fit:

bottom_sphere – lower body

middle_sphere – mid body

head – head

cap – hat

cap_decoration – hat decoration (it's cut in half for easier attachment)

arms 1/2 – left & right arm

eyes 1/2 – each eye as one piece

mouth – smile

nose – carrot

button.stl ×4 – four buttons

Most parts snap or slot together. For the small ones (eyes, buttons, mouth…), a tiny drop of glue can help.

Designed to print with 0 supports.

Tested configuration:

Nozzle: 0.4 mm

Layer height: 0.24 mm (low-poly surfaces hide layers nicely)

Perimeters: 3× (4× recommended for large parts)

Infill:

Large parts: 10% gyroid

Small parts: any

Supports: none

🔧 Assembly Guide

1. Start with the three main spheres and attach the head.

2. Add the hat and hat decoration.

3. Insert the eyes, nose, mouth, and buttons into their slots.

The modular design makes the whole build very straightforward.

🔍 Size & Scaling

Default total height: ~60 cm.

When scaling, make sure all parts are scaled together. Otherwise, the joints won’t match.

Tip: write down your chosen scale factor.
