This project replaces the original headlight reflector of the Piaggio SI with a 3D-printed cover designed to hold a standard LED spotlight. It allows you to upgrade the original lighting system while keeping the classic look of the bike.
The part fits inside the original headlight housing and acts as a mounting base for a round LED light (focal/spot type). It is optimized to be printed without supports.

Assembly Instructions
Remove the original headlight lens from the Piaggio SI.
Take out the original reflector.
Insert the 3D printed cover into the headlight housing.
Install your LED light into the dedicated hole.
Secure it with screws or a tight friction fit (depending on your LED model).
Reinstall the original lens.

Notes
Wiring is not included in this project.
Make sure the LED you use is compatible with your electrical system.
