Ubiquiti USW Pro Max 16 PoE Rack Mount

This design uses metal rack ears and heatset inserts to make a more durable Rack Mount for the USW Pro max 16 PoE. 

The Right side PSU files for the PSU can be mirrored and installed on the left if youd perfer the ports to line up with other unifi devices instead of the screen. The PSU part also has a clamp to secure the power cord and a swapable front face plate for customization or to match the color scheme with the rest of your rack.

Print Instructions

You should print the Left Side part with supports in the screw heads. I recomend printing the Left and Right parts from ABS or similar hightemp materials to limit warping once your rack warms up. You can likely get away with PLA on the front cover.
