My duct had all of its pins/clamps/whatever missing and didn't want to pay 70 Euro for an aftermarket replacement, so I reproduced the design. I have no clue how the original part was clipping into the heat wall, so I made it the way you see in the model. Holds tight on my 1993 w124, but your mileage may vary.
Any suggestion to the design are welcome.
I didn't manage to reproduce one of the curves of the part, since I'm pretty new to Fusion, and the original duct curves in all possible dimensions. Nevertheless, it fits fine.
Use some heat-resistant material, since it's getting hot under the bonnet.
I used Bambulab's ASA-CF, printed with 6 wall loops with 0.2mm layer, aligned vertically, with auto supports.
