Hook for a backpack / Haken für Rucksack

This is a strong hook supporting heavy backpacks and bags with more than 25kg. The hook was printed in wood filament and tested up to 30kg.

The hook should be oriented on the print bed as shown in the picture. The design and the orientation shown in the pictures help support high loads even with filaments like wood filled PLA. I printed it without support (printed with a 0,6mm nozzle).

The main part of the weight is supported by the long upper screw.

The thin wall closing the holes helps printing without support. Just clean it for installation.

Der Haken sollte  Rucksäcke bis 25 kg halten (in Holzfilament gedruckt). Er wurde von mir bis 30kg getestet.

Wenn man den Haken, wie im Bild gezeigt, auf dem Drucker plaziert, ist es möglich weniger stabile Filamente zu benutzen. Die obere Schraube trägt den Hauptteil der Last. Mit der Ausrichtung konnte ich den Haken mit einer 0,6mm Düse ohne Supports drucken. Die dünne Wand, die die Bohrungen verschließt, ermöglicht den Druck ohne Support. Man kann sie hinterher einfach mit einem Bohrer oder Messer entfernen.
