Replacement part for external roller shutter system

I had to fix my external roller shutter mechanism. This is what I discovered - a broken part called “obsadka do kół nawojowych” in Polish, or a “reel cap for pulleys” in English. 

I found and ordered a replacement part (no. OBSC40KN), but while waiting for delivery I created a replacement part. This is the manufacturer (Aluprof) design sketch:

My variant is simplified, but I tried to make it stronger. Should keep up until the part will arrive. Printed with PETG using 0.6 nozzle. Increased infill at the pin area (which is printed as well), 3 walls, 0.4mm layer height and painted supports as in the sample below:

Works fine after installing it in its place.
