Geared Phone stand 2

• I wanted to completely redesign the original version, but I found that the original was well made, so I only changed a few things - 

• a new gear pattern, 

• a new more finely graduated locking mechanism,

• charging holes for a wider cable, 

• larger width - it is a little more robust,

•  I prepared two size versions - L and XL.

• The L version is for landscape phones with a width of 70-75mm 

• The XL version is for landscape phones with a width of 76-80mm or even for small tablets. 

• This version is a complete print-in-place, the tolerances between the parts /0.35-0.4mm/ should be suitable for most printers. 

• I printed with a layer height of 0.2mm and a nozzle of 0.4mm. 

• The filament is Prusament PLA Prusa Pro Green - a very nice color

Do not use a brim when printing! The parts will then stick together and will not move!

Before printing, I recommend gently roughening the printing plate with a scotch-brite sponge + isopropyl
