Impressioning a lock takes some real time, and a heavy solid steel impressioning handle was incredibly fatiguing for long sessions.  (250g lighter than the steel version)

PETG-CF, 5 walls, 50% Adaptive Cubic infill

Printed in PETG-CF only because it was loaded in the printer at the time, but it works as well as any other I have tried.  I SUSPECT the more flexible materials like PA or TPU wouldn't work well, but most any stiff filament should work ok.

The shims are .2mm and .4mm thick, and I printed several of each thickness to make sure the key's bow doesn't have much wiggle room before the clamp is tightened.

The only item not 3D printed is the 1.25" hose clamp, which is literally the cheapest I could find!
