The amount of dust getting pushed around in my RV trailer was getting obnoxious, so I decided to make a filter setup for it.  You can really only do this on the XL in my opinion, bad enough I had to break it into 4 sections as it was.  I used PET for the temperature tolerance.  I made screw fittings for some M3 screws to hold eerything together… and it is a little wobbly until you get it up and installed.  It may not be the perfect foot print for your AC unit.  I don't know how tight the tolerances are on these things (it does not look like much).  I know the four corners on mine were just screwed into the ceiling.

Either way, it's a 4x16 filter, and it has been doing a pretty darn good job for me.  Keep it clean and replace often as these fans really don't create significant static to plow through a plugged filter.

I also put two holes in it for switches so I could do a high/low fan speed switch and I could do a switch that disables the electric heater I put in my AC unit.  It interupts the W to the relay, and the fan switch swaps G from low to high relays.  All in all, it's working well for me.

Message me if you want the fusion files.
