Replacement Screw for Somfy Evolvia Motor Cover

This screw is designed to replace the original plastic screw used on the Somfy Evolvia swing gate motor cover.

It corresponds to the screws found in Somfy spare part reference 2509050, which originally includes 2 screws and 2 O-rings (10 mm inner diameter).

This official spare part appears to be no longer in stock, making this 3D-printed replacement especially useful — at least for me! :)

Recommended print settings

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Walls: 3 perimeters
• Infill: 20%
• Material: PETG or ASA 
• Supports: Useful only on the build plate

Notes

You must reuse the original O-ring or install a standard 10 mm inner-diameter O-ring to ensure proper sealing.
