openGrid Quick-Change Paper Towel Holder

Use M3x20mm bolts as hinges for the flap.

I used the original holder and changed the back for openGrid. For my towels 28cm long, the grid is 9 tiles long. 

Frame prints on its side, so multiconnect back with vertical mounting would have to be printed with supports, so I used horizontal mounting. You can use my Multiconnect singlepiece snaps for tighter fit (directional as shown in the picture - 2x left + 2x right). Holder mounts from the inside to the outside. 

3MF file was made in PrusaSlicer and you can try to change positioning of the backplate to fit your towels better. Backplate is a separate part, so you can rotate it, move it up and down. You can easily align the frame on the other side of the backplate for smaller/bigger gap. Also includes multiconnect vertical back to slide from top > down.
