I've included the 45mm diameter and 30mm diameter models, as well as the fusion 360 file, which can be used to change the diameter via parameters.
In my experience, these will fit a couple mm below the stated cylinder size, and up to 5mm above the stated cylinder size. For example, the 45mm sleeve will fit cylinders from about 43 to 50mm. Smaller sizes have less flexibility in size, and I assume larger ones have more flexibility, but I haven't made one larger than the 45mm. You may want to print the first few layers, do a fit check, before printing the whole part.
To change the diameter:
Open the stl file in your desired slicer.
Print with the top face (the face with the number on it) down.
Use an m5 bolt and nut (ideally wingnut). The length of bolt depends on how wide the object stretches the clamp. 12mm is fine if you aren't stretching it at all, but when I had a 50mm cylinder in my 45mm clamp, I needed a 25mm bolt.
This is the first 3D model I've made to share, so constructive feedback is appreciated!
The author remixed this model.
This fits with the original clamps, sliding into the T-slot. It does not use a separate T-Nut, like the accessories in the original.
