Roland TR-8S Beat Marker

These are clip on beat markers for the Roland TR-8S.  Simply clip on and position just before the beat for the present time signature.  They provide a more visible reference than the gray lines on the TR-8S.  They are easily moved if you change the pattern but since the tips go between the pads, they will still point to the correct location if accidentally bumped.
