This is a tray designed to fit around the faucet in our kitchen, between the wall and sink edge. Since it's a custom design it may or may not work for you, but I've also provided the .F3D file to share and be used for inspiration.
This is 250mm wide, 150mm deep, and 12mm tall. It has 2mm thick walls and ridges, and a 2mm minimum base thickness at the front and 2mm depth at the back, with a slanted/draining bottom. It's designed to fit around a 60mm diameter faucet (with clearance) that is located ~70mm from the edge of the sink.
Because of the size I had issues with layer adhesion when printing at normal speeds with PETG. (It seemed to be cooling too much to print fast, the subsequent layers wouldn't stick well.) Switching to a maximum of 50mm/sec, turning up the print bed temperature to 80°C, and ensuring all fans were off worked wonderfully, it just took a while to print.
I also printed this with 100% infill so it'd be heavy, as I didn't want it moving around on the counter as I placed items on it. A couple self-adhesive rubbery feet on the bottom and it works out great.
