Using this setup for a while, with no issues.
The only thing I modified, added heat inserts for every hole (3D Touch mount too) for a better maintenance ability.
Cooling working great, weight is much less than the original (Titan) setup.
Reference pictures added (the first try was made from natur HIPS, but the long term model is from ped/black ABS). All the measured toolheads was assembled, with cables, etc.




@LMaker Do you maybe have a X/Y Offset for BL-Touch with this?

Nice Design! Printed in Extrudr Durapro ASA black and yellow. I drilled out the screw holes a bit and putted in M3 brass inserts.
I am using a V6 CHC hotend and the performance is excellent! Thank you! Verry thought out Design!

Printed with Winkle filament. Jet Black ASA, with Glacier White PLA for fan grids and modified 3Dtouch + ADXL345 mount. Very good fit between parts, only missed heated brass inserts. I also needed to scale up the fan shroud by 2mm in Z because my heatbreak was a bit longer. (edited)

Are the jumper and driver physical changes needed if we're using klipper?
@mallrat32_229223 If you want to modify the microsteps of your driver, you need to change the jumpers in the case of the v1 v2 board, in the case of v1.3 you need to change it to uart mode
Finalizing installation, but like another person that finished theirs, I had to trim a little bit out to fit my Revo Six.
