This is a replacement part for the lever that pushes the baffle inside the lid of a restaurant style coffee dispenser. This is similar to this models: https://www.walmart.com/ip/SSAWcasa-65oz-1-9L-Airpot-Coffee-Carafe-Pump-Stainless-Steel-Insulated-Thermal-Carafe-Coffee-Dispenser-Hot-Cold-Beverages-12-Hour-Heat-Retention/14801122992

The carafes are of varying sizes that use the same model/style of the lid. The freecad file uses the spreadsheet to modify dimensions. I recommend printing with 60% infill. 15% was too weak and broke easily during the test fit stage. 90% was too strong and popped out the lid.

Included in the picture is the broken white part and next to it the gray replacement. The pictures also show the inside of the lid. The baffle part snaps on/off with some retaining clips. The philips head screw holds the lever assembly together. Removing that screw will drop the lever arm and a small frame. That frame holds the shaft that is a loose press fit. Sliding out that shaft will enable replacing the broken pressing arm.

I only designed the functional dimensions and ignored the rest of the details; which I suspect are for manufacturing optimizations.
