Opel/Vauxhall Zafira B trunk lock cover

A cover for a trunk lock mechanism that is hidden in a trunk floor. Middle one in the photo is the original part with a number GM 0519114 24469264 written on the back. The top one is a version without a pattern, bottom is the version with a pattern (printed upside down w supports).  I wasn't able to mount this in a car since I lost a metal spring that is used together with this part, but I will update a model whenever I find a suitable replacement for this spring.
