Sovol SV08 Top Panel with Duct

This is a replacement panel which aims to add a 100mm air duct to the Sovol SV08, sized to be a drop-in-replacement to the top back glass panel which comes with the enclosure kit.

The design features:

• Matched thickness to glass to remain flush with printer edges (and to not interfere with the spool holder).
• Overlap section with the other glass panel to prevent gaps between panels.
• Raised connection point with M4 nut and bolt attachment to ensure a strong/rigid hold between parts.
• Raised rib on the non-ducted panel to provide a little extra strength.
• Rounded inlet to the duct for smoother air flow.
• Male ducting connection point suited for 100mm air ducting with a tiny ridge to help hold the ducting when using a clip.
  • This has a 97.5mm OD, with 98.5mm at the ridge.

I printed in PETG, with supports for the glass overlap ridge. Supports can be a little bit of a pain to remove, but running a sharp scraper through the gap helped a lot and didn't take too much time.

I've made a couple of design changes since printing myself for the models uploaded here:

• The duct connection point is chamfered, instead of rounded, for easier printing without issues since mine resulted in gaps on the inner fillet.
• The duct connection OD has been fixed, as I printed with a (wrong) 97.5mm ID instead of OD, which made fitting the pipe a pain.
