Inspired from other projects that were not printable, I decided to rebuild it from scratch.
The goal was to make 2 identical pieces that fit perfectly together.
I also provided a system to make them \u201cclamp\u201d together.

These have been designed to work with Guitar strap nut from 15mm to 17mm (I tested it).

I recommend to print in PETG, as it is pretty flexible.
The best results were also in 0.15mm STRUCTURAL printing resolution (with a 0.4 nozzle).

How to put it on your guitar nut ?

Wrap around one piece by one separately.
Then align them together, and snap them together.
Finally, just pinch them together like on the gif animation to perfectly make them fit : the result is a perfect kind of washer.
