My cat does not each much at a time, so I refrigerate half a packet in the morning for later afternoon chomping. To then warm the packet back up, I use warm water, but this was a pain to do in a bowl as you'd need to keep the packet from falling and taking in water, and the heat would not transfer well.

This design holds a cat food pouch, and allowed warm water to by slowly streamed into a funnel on the side. The water will then cycle slowly around the packet to warm it, before draining through a couple of small holes at the front.

The design features:

  • Funnel for easy trickling of water from a tap.
  • Snug fit for a cat food packet, with roughly a 94mm width and 15mm depth.
  • Inner ribs along length for strength, and to channel water, and to hold packet firm.
  • Small water outlet holes at the bottom near the pointed tip.
    • Designed for slow flow to reduce water waste.
  • Widened base for stability.
  • Slots in the heightened front tip which allow you to slot in an empty packet for drying afterwards.
    • These also act as overflow outlets.

I printed this in PETG for a little extra resistance against warping when filled with hot water.
