External Spool Holder for RatRig V-Core 4

Using the roller design of @fbeaukmi: https://www.printables.com/model/361212-spool-roller-for-2020-extrusion-on-v24

Relocate the spool holder to the outside of the V-Core4, to be used in conjunction with my ECAS passthrough.

BOM:

• 2 x Ball Bearing 608zz
• 2 x M6x16 to replace the original M6x12

I also included a mockup to drill a 5mm hole, before stepping it up step by step to 16mm.

I would also not print it in PLA, given the rear panel get a bit warm if you are printing enclosed.
