Modified Z-Axis Tensioner for the SimpleCore Redux

Modified z-axis carrier and idler for the SimpleCore Redux. The original single tensioner screw and captive nut have been replaced by two screws and threaded inserts. This carrier and idler is a direct replacement for the original part and uses the same 5x20 dowel and 20T idler wheel.

Additional parts needed are:

• 2 x M3x4.6 threaded inserts
• 2 x M3x25 bolts for approx 10mm adjustment, OR
• 2 x M3x30 bolts for approx 20mm adjustment

No other parts need modifying. 

Printing instructions are the same as for the original:

• 4 Walls - 4 Top / Bottom layers 
• 30% Gyroid infill 
• ASA/ABS are recommended, use PETG-CF as a minimum!

• Replaced the single tensioner screw with two tensioner screws
• Modified the idler design 
• Modified the carrier design
