Happy to present my Count Dooku lightsaber design.
Everything printed out ok and fit well but there were a few parts where the overhangs were just too steep for silk PLA to handle so I split those parts in half to print better and they turned out nice. Those parts were Pommel, Upper Joint, and Lower Connector. The split versions have ‘split’ in the filename and will need supports enabled.
Minimal supports needed for Curved Joint and Pommel. The Hilt Grip halves could use supports with tight separation to help keep the bottom rounded edges from warping too far up.
Upper Hilt has a version with support anchors for printing it at an angle for cleaner overhangs. If printing the unanchored version you will have to use full supports.
A few of the parts can be printed multiple orientations so check to see if the default position is the best for you.
A whole version of the silver grip halves has been added by request.
Compatible with my Covertec belt clip here: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/155731-covertec-belt-clip
PLA filaments used were, Ziro silk silver, 3D Solutech real silver, CC3D silk gold and red, Overture matte black.
