New version with detachable USB. It holds very solid, you might have to lightly file the locking-bump so it slides in smoothly. Compatible with any Roxon flex-series multitool.

UPDATE 3.0: The design has been modified to be shorter and more comfortably fit different Roxon models; I've also design a new Roxon Titan-specific mod that fits this USB mount as well.

For usb drive, you would want to use an ultrasmall drive like this or similar: https://a.co/d/1OIQGg3

I recommend printing in something strong and wear-resistant like PC, but PETG or ASA could probably work. Avoid PLA, as the low melting temperature and poor wear-resistance might cause problems.

Installation: On the USB drive, it actually has a thin cover glued on it; find the seams to the cover on the bottom, and gently pry it off. Superglue the drive into the 3d-print, including the sides; This is less about keeping the drive in, and more about using the drive to increase structural integrity, as the 3d-print gets pretty thin.
