AA FIFO Battery Queue

UPDATE: 2022-03-14 – STL files have been rotated and settled for easy slicing.

NOTE: Performance may be affected by print quality on the battery tracks. Clean up any PETG clumps or boogers.

This AA battery holder ensures the oldest battery is the first to be used. Especially helpful with rechargeable batteries that self-discharge over time. Design inspired by FIFO Wave.

Assembly required (no tools required). Dove-tail connectors included with the print. Use the supplied gcode or follow the part-specific instructions on the STL files.

The design was tailored around a small shelf unit (see picture). There is an “ears” version available that includes tension springs for a tighter fit in the shelf unit.
