This is a new version of my previous wago dock. I designed this to be safer when connecting devices. I test a lot of them, and they never have plugs. I've been using it for a year now, and it's incredibly fast. Before, I just used free Wago connectors, but that wasn't practical and was prone to errors. With this dock, it's impossible to disconnect the live part. Since it also has a switch, you can quickly turn it off to disconnect the wires or in case of a problem with the equipment being tested.
| 1 | FILN 30A 12V 24V 110V 220V LED rocker switch, IP65 waterproof, heavy-duty, 4-pin DPST (dock hole 22x30mm) |
| 1 | H3-11 panel mount chassis fuse holder for 5x20mm 10A 250V glass fuses (hole 12mm) |
| 1 | 6A - 10A glass fuses |
| 4 | Quick disconnect female wire connector, 100 pieces, 22-10 AWG nylon flag spade, 90 degree electrical crimp wire terminals |
| 4 | 3 x 30mm countersunk head wood screws |
| 1 | 230v power cable 3G1.5² |
| 50 mm | 1.5 mm² wires (AWG 16) |
| 1 | M16 cable gland |
| 3 | Wago S221-415 |

Obviously this DIY device is safer than connecting the wires one by one with the wagos because you cannot make a mistake and unplug from the power side (it's stupid but it can happen and very dangerous) but however it is not a safety equipment that meets electrical standards and you must use it at your own risk.
