VESA mount for the Aopen 16PM1 series portable monitor

This is a VESA mount for the Aopen 16PM1 series portable monitor. The hole positions on the VESA bracket have been modified, and additional support parts have been added.

This ensures the bracket is centered on the monitor when using the Aopen 16PM1 series monitor.

The model includes VESA mounts for both left and right sides, requiring four M4*10 screws.
