Qube 540 Tiles

The five different tiles allow intricate designs to be created and can be printed in any colour. 

The tiles include four which cover a single space:

• Dot 
• Square 
• Rounded Square 
• Rounded Corner 

The final one is a larger Quarter Circle across four space, which the rounded corner tile fits inside. 

I found it easier to draw out the design first, so I have included a template to help plan designs. 

They were made to have a 0.4mm clearance between them when assembled. I haven’t been able to print and verify how they fit so also included 1mm clearance tiles.

Used the single hole mount as the base for the tile shapes
