Surly cross check kickstand mount

This kickstand mount allows you to fit a center mounted kickstand to a Surly cross check (and maybe other bikes too but that's the one I designed it for and the only one I've tested it on). It includes a top and bottom part that should be printed in TPU (it might work with rigid materials but It would probably scratch your frame and be really hard (if not impossible) to mount as well as a stopper that should be printed in a rigid material to stop the kickstand from turning around it's mounting bolt. 

The stopper plate is attached with two M3 x 12mm screws and 2 matching M3 square nuts. The kickstand mounts includes a hole for the fender's bolt to pass trough.

The kickstand has to be modified but cutting small part of it's mounting plate off to let the shifting cable pass (it's quite easy to do with a hack saw).
